2) Honda to Begin Demonstration Tests of Next-Generation Personal Mobility
before the End of the Year in Kumamoto and Saitama

TOKYO, Japan, July 20, 2010 - Honda announced plans to begin real-world
demonstration testing before the end of this year of next-generation
electric personal mobility products, including electric vehicles, plug-
in hybrid vehicles, electric scooters and electric carts.

3) Honda Announces Direction for Automobile Production in Japan

July 20, 2010 - In the face of a global trend toward consumer
preference for smaller vehicles as well as increasing environmental
awareness, Honda has reviewed the increasingly important role to be
played by its production plants in Japan and determined three areas of
focus.

4) Honda to Expand Annual Motorcycle Production Capacity in Indonesia to
4 million Units

July 20, 2010 - PT Astra Honda Motor (AHJ), Honda's joint venture
company in Indonesia responsible for motorcycle production and sales,
announced plans to expand its annual motorcycle production capacity to
3.5 million units before the end of this year, and then construct a new
plant with an annual production capacity of 500,000 units to expand
total capacity to 4 million units before the end of 2011.
